DISCRIPTION
Welcome to our cottage ‘BUCHNER HÜTTE’ in the heart of the Alps. Located in a beech forest, in a clearing at 1.250 m above sea level, it is an ideal starting point for numerous activities that are offered all year round in the „Region Seefeld – Tirols Hochplateau“. You can also just relax and enjoy your holidays in an impressive natural landscape.
You are in the district Buchen / Mösern, which is located on a high plateau and surrounded by the largest nature park in the Eastern Alps, the natural jewel Karwendel, the nature reserve Wildmoos and the Wetterstein Mountains. From the BUCHNER HÜTTE, you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains of the mighty Wetterstein Mountains with the Hohe Munde. The house is located in a quiet area, only 200 m away from the cross-country skiing trails and trail network of the „Region Seefeld – Tirols Hochplateau“, and can be reached all year by car.
A sparkling snow landscape in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps is perfect for the winter holidays, and it allows countless sporting activities in nature. More than 200 km of primed cross-country skiing trails are ideal conditions for practicing nordic sports, plus there are many opportunities for skiing holidays, tobogganing and ice skating.
Holidays in summer invite you to numerous hiking, climbing and cycling tours. There is a marked network of paths of more than 600 km available for all levels of difficulty. On idyllic paths, natural lakes such as the Möserer See, the Lottensee or Wildmoos See are also within walking distance of the BUCHNER HÜTTE.
It is a very cozy house for 4 to 5 people.

Up to one people can sleep in the living room - Bathroom with toilet and shower
There is a large table with a cozy corner seat in the living room, a farm stove, whereby the chalet is heated once a day in winter, (heating is available) and a pullout sofa bed for 1 person.
Our kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and plenty of dishes.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and electric auxiliary heating. The outdoor area includes a large green area with a fixed barbecue area, equipment wood shed with storage for various sports equipment. Parasol, deck chairs and garden furniture are free use.

Our calm and cosy situated chalet is reachable by car and is located in the district Buchen/Mösern of the Holidayregion Seefeld, just 30min away from Innsbruck.
